摘要
通过在深圳电网220kV中航站#1、#3主变保护更换工程中遇到的保护装置控制回路与主变变高开关机构配合问题,说明南瑞继保公司RCS-978保护(CZX-12R2操作箱)与三菱公司220kVGIS组合电器断路器配合出现的断路器操作选择开关、操作箱与机构防跳、操作箱跳合闸电流及操作电源选取的问题,并对施工设计图纸中控制回路不合理的地方提出解决办法。
This paper uses the protection devices reformation engineering of the #1 and #3 transformers in Shenzhen 220kV Zhonghuang substation , puts forward the coordination problems between protection device control circuit and breaker operating mechanism circuit , analyzes the coordination problems in Local-Remote change-over switch, breaker anti-tripping, operating mechanism, choice for operational power supply between CZX-12R2 control circuit in RCS-978 of NARI-RELAYS Company and breaker operating mechanism circuit for 220kV GIS of Mitsubishi Company. Moreover,it gives some improvement measures to above-mentioned problem.
