摘要
近年来,随着油田开发步入中后期,采出水逐年增加,采油三厂对采出水处理系统进行全面配套完善,形成了几种采出水处理工艺模式。处理后的水质虽然有了一定的改善,但是仍然存在着含油量高、悬浮物多等问题,采出水处理技术面临严峻的挑战。同时国家对环保工作的重视,给回注水质又提出了更高的要求。因此,寻求一种新型的采出水处理技术就显得尤为重要。本文针对采油三厂目前的采出水处理现状,开展了生化法处理采出水技术,同时对这种技术进行了充分的论证,从而开辟了本厂采出水处理工艺技术的新途径。
In recent years, along with the oilfield exploitation entered midanaphase, produced water enhanced year after year, the third oil production plant consummated the produced water treatment system completely, and several types produced water treatment technology pattern had formed. Although the water quality improved after treatment, many questions such as high oil content and excessive suspend already existed, produced water treatment technology faced flinty challenge. At the same time, higher request of reinjection water quality had been put forward because of the recognition that the nation had given to environment protect work. Therefore, it is important to seek a sort of new type produced water treatment technology. The paper developed the biology and chemistry produced water treatment technology aimed at the actual produced water treatment status, demonstrated the technology adequately, which give a new approach to produced water treatment technology of the third oil production plant.
