合成橡胶行业丁苯橡胶检测水平评价

Evaluation of testing level for styrene butadiene rubber in synthetic rubber industry

利用稳健统计技术对合成橡胶行业的22家检测实验室所做的丁苯橡胶检测数据进行了分析,对各实验室的检测能力进行了评价。结果表明,12个实验室全部数据稳健统计绝对值小于2,属满意结果;10个实验室都有1～3项稳健统计绝对值在2和3之间,数据可疑;4个实验室有1-3项稳健统计绝对值不小于3,数据离群。所有参加比对的实验室基本代表了合成橡胶行业丁苯橡胶测试水平;合成橡胶生产企业的实验室测试水平高于加工企业;通过中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可的实验室的测试水平高于未通过认可的实验室。

The same sample of styrene butadiene rubber were tested in 22 laboratories in synthetic rubber industry, and the test data were compared and analyzed by robust statistical method. The evaluation results showed that the fraction absolute average（｜Z｜） of the whole data of 12 in 22 laboratories were less than 2, which were considered as satisfaction. The （｜Z｜） of 1 to 3 test items of 10 in 22 laboratories were between 2 to 3, which were considered as suspicious. And the （｜Z｜） of 1 to 3 test items of 4 in 22 laboratories were not less than 3, which were considered as outlier. All the laboratories taken part in this work represented the testing level of styrene butadiene rubber in the synthetic rubber industry. The testing level of the laboratories in synthetic rubber companies is higher than that of the laboratories in rubber processing companies. The test level of the laboratories accredited by CNAS is much higher than that of the laboratories not accredited by CNAS.
