摘要
氧化膜厚度是影响铝材表面封孔和着色均一性的主要因素。而氧化膜的生长和性能要受到槽液温度、持续氧化时间、合金成分、电流密度、硫酸浓度等多种因素的制约。本文就生产实践中槽液温度和持续氧化时间对氧化膜厚度的影响进行了探讨。
The thickness of oxidized film is a principal factor which influences the pore-sealing and dyeing uniformity of aluminium products' surface.The growth and property of oxidized film are restricted by various factors such as tank liquor temperature,sustained oxidation time,alloy composition,current density and sulphuric acid density.The effect of tank temprature and sustained oxidation time on the thickness of oxidized film in the course of production are discussed.The corresponding relationship between temperature and time is found.
