从产品结构动态演变的新视角出发,研究技术与组织的适应关系,发现产品结构从整合化到模块化又再回归整合化的动态演变,使静态的技术与组织适应关系容易陷入组织陷阱。因此,组织必须具有可以适应产品结构动态演变的柔性。把握竞争力的关键是构筑动态组织能力,防止自然发生的组织惯性,能动地适应产品结构的动态演变。

The paper examines the adaptation of technology and organization from product architecture evolved aspect. It shows that static adaptation of technology and organization is easily caught by organization trap because of the dynamic evolution process of product architecture which appears integration, modularity and then integration pattern. So the flexibility of organization structure is needed. Building up dynamic and flexible organization ability is the key to acquire competitive advantage.
