摘要
以集团公司为研究对象,分析其技术创新溢出效应的机理、影响因素并进行实证研究,得出与以往研究成果存在差异的结论:集团公司内技术领先子公司适当加大技术投入有利于技术创新溢出的有效利用,但加强人才引进将对技术溢出吸收不利;技术落后子公司加大投入与引进先进人才均有利于技术创新溢出的吸收;子公司间技术差距过大不利于技术创新溢出在集团内有效利用等。据此提出相应的对策建议。
This paper hereby targets corporate companies or groups for its research and analyzes the dynamics and contributing factors of spillover effects in technology innovations, with cases cited. In conclusion, it comes up with the ideas that the enhanced investment by units leading in technology in the corporate could contribute to the effective leverage of technology innovation spillover, while bringing more talents from the outside however plays negatively to the absorption of technology spillover; on the other hand, enhancing investment and bringing talents by the unites lagging in technology sophistication could both work positively to the utilization of technology innovation spillover; and finally, any over- imbalanced sophistication in technology among the units is bad for the effective utilization of technology innovation spillover inside the corporate. Coming up with different conclusions than summarized in previous research, it presents us, in the meanwhile, with countermeasures in sorting out the dilemma.
