摘要
从农村建设用地流转的现状、农村建设用地流转的必要性和实施途径等方面进行分析,以提高农村建设用地的利用效率。
This paper tries to analyze the problem from the status quo of land transfer, the necessity of transfer and how to increase the utilization efficiency of rural collective - owned land for construction use.
