城市土地协调性评价与可持续利用模式研究——以眉山市为例

Study on Coordinative Evaluation and Utilization Model of Sustainable Use of Urban Land——Taking Meishan City as an Example

利用数理统计和模糊数学相结合的方法,以眉山市为例,对城市土地利用的协调性进行评价。并由此得出2006年眉山市土地及其社会经济因子都处于基本协调状态,生态因子处于不太协调状态。提出在今后的城市土地利用中,应有针对性地展开城市土地可持续利用模式研究。

This paper evaluates the coordinative utilization condition of urban land use by methods of coordinative degree model and efficacy target value as Meishan for example. It indicates that coordinative degree of urban land - use and its economy and society of 2006 are at existing harmonizing range, but its resources and environment not ideal. In order to improve coordinative use of urban land, a better model of sustainable land use is recommended.
