浅析卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤的临床与病理

A clinicopathogical analysis of epithelial borderline tumor of ovary

目的:探讨卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤的预后及病理相关因素。方法:回顾性分析我院1996年1月～2007年12月收治的16例卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤的临床资料。结果:16例卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤的组织类型:黏液性5例(31%),浆液性11例(69%)。临床分期Ⅰ期12例(75%),Ⅱ期2例(12.5%),Ⅲ期2例(12.5%),Ⅳ期0例。患者均行手术治疗、单纯手术5年存活率92.3%,6例手术治疗后给予环磷酰胺、阿霉素、顺铂(CAP)方案为主的化学药物治疗5年存活83.3%(P<0.01)。Ⅰ期12例中9例行保守性手术,3例行根治性手术,5年存活率分别为91%和66.7%(P<0.01)。结论:卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤手术为主要治疗手段,应适当辅助化疗。

Objecitive：To study the clinicopathological factors related to prognosis in epithelial borderline tumor of ovary （EBTO）. Methods： 16 cases of EBTO from January1996 to December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results ：The histological types among 16 cases were mucous 5（31%）,serous 11（69%）. The clinical stages： 12（75%）cases of stage Ⅰ ,2（12.5%）cases of stage Ⅱ ,2（12.5%）cases of stage Ⅲ,0 case of stageIV. All the patients were received surgery. The 5-year survival rates were 92.3% for simple operation and 83.3% for 6 cases with chemotherapy of cyclophosphamide,adriacin and cisplatin complexes after operation （P〈0.01）. The 5-year survival rates were 91% for 9 cases with conservative operation and 66.7% for 6 cases of radical operation among 12 cases of stage I . Conclusion： Surgery is the main method to treat EBTO. The postoperative chemotherapy can improve the prognosis of EBTO.
