薄层色谱法鉴别银菊口服液中药材研究

Identification of medicinal materials in Yinju Oral Liquid by TLC

目的:建立银菊口服液的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对银菊口服液中的山茱萸、决明子、银杏叶进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱中能明显检出山茱萸、决明子和银杏叶。结论:所建鉴别方法准确、可靠,可用于银菊口服液的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the TLC identiffation methods for Yinju Oral Liquid. Methods：TLC was adopted to identify Fructus Corni,Semen Cassiae and Ginkgo leaf in Yinju Oral Liquid. Results：Fructus Corni,Semen Cassiae and Ginkgo leaf were clearly detected by TLC. Conclusion：The TLC methods is accurate ,reliable ,and can be used for the quality control of Yinju Oral Liquid.
