摘要
目的:探讨外科创伤感染中合理使用抗生素的重要性。方法:回顾性分析2005年8月～2007年8月收治的141例创伤患者,使用抗生素治疗后的疗效。结果:所有患者创面愈合,其中6例出现轻微不良反应,临床转归良好。结论:合理使用抗生素,减少或避免耐药性,是促进创面愈合、改善预后的关键。
Objective：To evaluate the importance of rational use of antibiotics in surgical trauma.Methods：To perform retrospective analysis on the effects of 141 inpafients with trauma treated using antibiotics from Aug.2005 to Aug.2008. Results：All patients were healing. Among them,6 cases had mild adverse effects with better outcome.Conclusion：Rational antibiotics use and reducing or avoiding drug resistance are the keys to promote wound healing and improve prognosis.
