摘要
以硼酸和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用水热法一步合成了B掺杂的纳米TiO2.采用X射线衍射、紫外-可见光谱、透射电镜以及X射线光电子能谱对所得样品进行了表征.结果表明,该方法制备的B-TiO2具有明显的可见光吸收,并且少量B的掺杂不会对TiO2的晶型和粒径造成很大影响.掺杂的B以B-O-Ti的形式存在,有利于可见光活性的提高.苯酚的光催化降解反应实验表明,水热法合成的B-TiO2在可见光下具有较好的光催化活性,反应5h后苯酚降解率可达100%.
Boron-doped TiO2 was successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method. Characterization results of X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed that the doping of B did not influence the crystal phase and the particle size of TiO2, and B-O-Ti bonds were formed. Furthermore, the catalyst showed reasonable visible light response. Phenol degradation was used as a probe reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of B-doped TiO2 under visible light, and excellent photocatalytic activity (100 % phenol degradation in 5 h) was achieved.
