摘要
通过对微孔钻削过程中钻头寿命影响因素的分析,提出振动钻削微孔时,刀具寿命的提高具有"有效区"特征。对不锈钢的微孔钻削试验结果表明,振动钻削提高刀具寿命的优势具有一定局限范围,即存在"有效区"现象。
Based on the analysis of influencing factors on the tool lifespan in micro-hole drilling, it was proposed that there is an "effective region" characteristic in the improvement of tool lifespan during micro-hole's vibration drilling. The testing results of micro-hole drilling on stainless steel indicate that the vibration drilling' s advantage on improving tool lifespan is limited in a certain region, or there is an "effective region" phenomenon.
