摘要
针对航天产品单件多品种生产的特点和传统的串行式刀具准备模式的缺陷,提出并实现了一种基于CAPP系统、DNC系统的并行式刀具准备模式,并开发了适应不同数控系统的刀具参数后处理程序模板。试运行结果证明,采用该方法可显著提高数控加工车间的生产效率。
Aimed at the spaceflight products featured single-piece and versatile production and defects of the traditional serial cutter preparation mode, a new parallel cutter preparation mode were proposed and carried out based on CAPP and DNC systems, and the cutter parmneters post-process programming template adapted various NC systems was developed. The pilot run proves that the productivity of NC machining shop can be improved considerably by using the method.
