摘要
基于Deform-2D有限元分析软件,建立了热力耦合、平面应变模型和正交试验表,模拟了不锈钢(0Cr18Ni11Ti)的车削加工过程,分析了刀具几何参数、切削参数以及换热系数对工件切削力和切削温度的影响,为提高不锈钢的加工表面质量提供了有价值的参考数据,并为下一步的切削参数优化奠定了基础。
Based on the FEM analysis software Dform-2D, the coupled thermo-mechanical and plane-strain models and orthogonal test sheet were established to simulate the process of turning stainless steeI(0Cr18Ni11Ti). The influences of cutter geometry parameters, cutting parameters and the heat exchange coefficient on cutting force and cutting temperature were analyzed. This research provides valuable references to improve machined surface quality of stainless steel, and sets a basis for the optimization of cutting parameters.
