摘要
利用Mastercam X Art软件,根据绘制的二维几何图形快速生成复杂浮雕曲面。对浮雕模型进行了数控加工设置,合理确定工艺参数,模拟仿真加工过程,最后通过后置处理自动生成NC代码。该方法可降低浮雕造型的设计难度,缩短加工时间。
Based on the elements of 2D graphics, the complex 3D relief surface is created quickly by using Mastercam X Art software. The NC machining parameters are reasonably set and the machining process is simulated. At last, NC code is automatically generated through the post-processing. The sculpting difficulty and the machining time can be decreased by this method.
