摘要
应用钒钼黄比色法测定食品中的磷含量,选择4∶1硝酸-高氯酸混合液消解样品,用钒钼酸铵作显色剂在分光光度计400 nm处比色。结果表明,与钼蓝比色法相比,该方法前处理简单、耗时短、重复性好,更具实用性。
The vanadium molybdate yellow colorimetric method was used to determine the phosphorus content in foods with the mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid (4:1 ) for sample digestion, vanadium ammonium molybdate as the chromogenic reagent and 400 nm as the colorimetfie wavelength. Compared with the molybdenum blue speetrophotometry, this method had the simpler pretreatment, shorter consuming time and better repeatability, so it was more practical.
