在对知识型企业与传统企业的定义予以明确的基础上,对两者之间的区别进行了分析总结。根据财务管理工作不同职能在企业管理中所发挥的作用,结合知识型企业的特点,对财务管理工作在管理目标、资本筹集、风险管控、收益分配和财务分析等诸多方面的发展趋势进行了研究。

Based on the clear definitions of knowledgeable corporation and traditional corporation, this paper analyses their difference. Furthermore, according to the different functions that the financial management takes on the corporation management, together with the traits of the knowledgable corperation, it illustrates the developing trending of the management aim, capital raising, risk control, distribution of benefits and financial analysis.
