从思想政治教育的自身发展、落实科学发展观和构建和谐校园等三个方面论述了在高校思想政治教育工作中实施人文关怀的必要性,并在此基础上提出通过从价值理念、教育革新两方面贯彻人文关怀来实现以人文关怀为基础的高校思想政治教育。

It is particularly necessary for ideological and political education to practice humanistic care in a university, which is determined by the self-development of the ideological and political education, the implement of scientific development view and the construction of harmonious campus. The ideological and political education system based on the human care will be achieved through implementing human care in two aspects including the values and the education innovation.
