污泥活性炭吸附含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 分别以生活污水处理厂和工业废水处理厂的污泥为原料,采用氯化锌活化法制备污泥活性炭吸附剂,初步考察了污泥挥发分含量与制备产物吸附性能的关系,并进行了吸附含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的对比试验,探讨了溶液pH值、吸附时间和Cr(Ⅵ)的初始浓度对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。结果表明:挥发分含量高的污泥制备所得的活性炭吸附剂具有较高的碘值;两种污泥活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率均可达99%,但其最佳pH值、吸附时间和初始浓度因活性炭原料的不同而不同。 With sludge from domestic wastewater treatment plant and industrial wastewater treatment plant as raw material respectively, the sludge activated carbon adsorbent was prepared by zinc chloride activation process. The effect of volatile content of the sludge on the adsorption property of the activated carbon was primarily investigated; besides, according to the comparison test of the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) from wastewater by the said two types of sludge activated carbon, the effects of solution pH value, adsorption time and initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) on removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) were discussed. The results showed that: the activated carbon adsorbent prepared by the sludge with higher volatile content had higher iodine value, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) by the two types of sludge activated carbon both reached 99%, however, the optimal pH value, adsorption time and initial concentration for the two adsorbents were different because of the different raw materials.
