玉米秸秆稀酸预处理对发酵抑制物产生的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了稀硫酸预处理玉米秸秆过程中,硫酸浓度、温度与时间对发酵抑制物甲酸、乙酸、糠醛、羟甲基糠醛以及乙酰丙酸产生的影响。结果表明,发酵抑制物甲酸、乙酸、糠醛、羟甲基糠醛与乙酰丙酸最大量分别为0.60、8.75、4.93、1.02、0.41 g/L。随着硫酸浓度增大、温度升高、时间延长,各抑制物生成量增加。正交试验结果表明,影响乙酸生成的因素主次大小依次为硫酸浓度,温度,时间;而影响糠醛生成的因素主次大小依次是温度,硫酸浓度,时间。 The generation of fermentation inhibitors including formic acid, acetic acid, furfural, 5 - HMF, and levulinic acid, during dilute sulfuric acid pretreatment of corn stover were assayed, and the effects of pretreatment conditions, sulfuric acid concentration, temperature and retention time on the generation were investigated. Results show that the generated amount of each inhibitor increases gradually with the rising of sulfuric acid concentration, temperature and retention time, and that the maximal productions of formic acid, acetic acid, furfural, 5 - HMF and levulinic acid are 0.60, 8.75, 4.93, 1.02 and 0.41 g/L, respectively. An L16(4^3) orthogonal test was employed to survey the production of acetic acid and furfural. Results show that in terms of the significance on the production of acetic acid, the affecting factors rank as sulfuric acid concentration, temperature, retention time; and in terms of the significance on the production of furfural, the factors rank as temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, retention time.
