摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白（NGAL）是Lipocalin家族的新成员，在乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤中异常表达，并与肿瘤的浸润、转移、预后密切相关，成为近年来肿瘤研究领域的一个新热点，本研究旨在探讨NGAL在直肠癌中的表达特点及其临床意义。
