紫外诱变高去酰胺活性碱性蛋白酶生产菌的研究 被引量:6

摘要 对3株地衣芽孢杆菌产碱性蛋白酶的去酰胺能力和肽键水解能力进行了比较,确定了1株去酰胺能力强而肽键水解能力弱的菌株,经过紫外诱变,筛选获得1株产碱性蛋白酶的去酰胺能力有显著提高的菌株SDZ-61,去酰胺对达到了27.96%,比诱变前提高了56.6%,而肽键水解度基本没变。 Deamidation and peptides-bond hydrolysis of Alkaline Protease of 3 B.lieheniformis strains were compared, and one of the strains showed good ability of deamidation and inferior peptide-bond hydrolysis. The strain SDZ-61, was eleeted via ultraviolet mutagenesis, which had high capacity of deamidation induced by alkaline protease. The deamidation rate reached 27.96%, which had increased by 56.6% compared with the original strain. However, the DH of peptide-bond had no change.
