摘要
目的筛选卷柏对胰岛素抵抗治疗作用的活性部位。方法AB-8大孔树脂柱色谱法制备不同极性的洗脱部位(水洗部分组、50%乙醇洗部分组、95%乙醇洗部分组)及水提液组,以高脂饮食大鼠胰岛素抵抗动物模型,检测血糖、空腹胰岛素,计算胰岛素敏感性指数,进行卷柏活性部位筛选。结果卷柏水提液及大孔树脂50%乙醇洗脱部分均能降低空腹胰岛素(P<0.01),提高ISI(P<0.05)。结论卷柏水提液及大孔树脂50%乙醇洗脱部分均对大鼠胰岛素抵抗有明显的缓解作用。
Objective To explore the active fraction of influence on insulin resistance in selaginella. Methods Different elution parts were prepared by macmporous resin column, water elution part, 50% ethanol elution part, 95 % ethanol elution part, respectively. These fractions were screened in rats using the high-fat diet model and testing blood glucose ,fasting insulin and calculating insulin sensitivity index. Results 50% ethanol elution part and water elution part were isolated from Selaginella, had obviously decreased fasting insulinlevels( P 〈 0.01 ) and increased insulin sensitivity index (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion 50% ethanol elution part and water elution part were the active fraction with insulin resistance in selaginella, and was worth further studying.
