2000—2007年宁夏泾源县肾综合征出血热流行特征分析

The Epidemiological Characteristic of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome in Jingyuan County from 2000 to 2007

目的了解宁夏泾源县肾综合征出血热流行特征，为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学研究方法对宁夏泾源县2000-2007年出血热疫情资料予以分析。结果2000—2007年宁夏泾源县共发生出血热病例26例，年平均发病率为2．84／10万，死亡3例，死亡率为0．33／10万，病死率11．54％。2002年发病率最高，为11．14／10万，2001、2003、2005和2007年未发生出血热病例，各年间发病率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。出血热病例发生的6个乡镇中，黄花乡的发病率最高（5．68／10万），新民乡最低（0．81／10万），不同地区间发病率的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。以9～11月份发病19例，占发病总数的73．0％。男性发病21例，女性5例，男女性别比为4．2：1。20—49岁发病16例，占61．54％。农民19例，占73．1％。结论宁夏泾源县肾综合征出血热发病率呈逐年下降趋势。

Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristic of HFRS in Jingyuan County and provide scientific evidence for taking preventive measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of HFRS in Jingyuan County from 2000 to 2007. Results Total of 26 cases of HFRS were reported in Jingyuan County from 2000 to 2007. The annual average incidence was 2.84/100000, the highest morbidity was 11. 14/100000 in 2002 and the lowest was in 2001,2003,2005 and 2007 ,with the morbidity of 0. There were a signifi- cant difference in the incidence in different years （ P 〈 0.01）. 6 towns in Jingyuan had HFRS cases and the incidence was the highest in Huanghua town （5.68/100000） and the lowest was Xinmin town（0.81/100000）. There were no significant difference in the incidence in different places （ P 〉 0.05）. Most of the cases were reported from September to November while fewer cases were reported from January to March,accounting for 73.0 % and 0 % respectively. 21 male cases were reported and 5 female cases were reported. The ratio of male to female was 4.2：1. The morbidity was higher in male at the age of 20 to 49 years old （16） ,accounting for 61.54%. It was also higher in farmers （19） ,accounting for 73.01%. Conclusion The incidence of HFRS is going down in Jingyuan County.
