洛汀新联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病45例临床观察

摘要 为探讨洛汀新联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效,观察45例DN患者应用洛汀新联合黄芪注射液治疗前后平均动脉压(MABP)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、24h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)等指标的变化。结果,治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、MABP降低(P<0.05),ALB、BUN、Cr治疗前后未见明显变化(P>0.05)。认为洛汀新与黄芪注射液联合治疗具有降低平均动脉压,减少尿蛋白排泄,保护肾脏作用。
