摘要
教师失范行为主要是由于社会转型时期社会价值观分化、道德判断标准的分化与混乱、教育现代化过程中的结构性矛盾、学校教育与其他类型教育的冲突、教师职业社会化的缺陷、教师社会地位的不一致等原因造成的。我们应该采取加强价值观引导力度、整合社会规范、完善社会监督与奖惩机制、提高教师职位的社会竞争力、完善教师职业社会化机制等一系列社会宏观控制策略,加以调控和解决。
The teacher's anomic behaviors appear mainly because of the differentiation of social values, sion of moral standard, the educational structure contradiction, the collision between different types of and the flaw of teacher' s professional socialization. To control these behaviors, the authorities should the co^fu- educations conducting the values to make a universal agreement, integrate the social norms, perfect the mechanism of social supervision, enhance the competitive power and improve the mechanism of teachers'professional socialization.
