PICC导管尖端位置对病人影响的研究进展

Research progress on influence of position of cacumen of PICC on patients

本文就PICC导管尖端的定位、尖端位置与潜在并发症的关系、肢体活动与尖端位置的关系等方面进行阐述,引出了肢体异常活动是导管移位的主要原因之一,导管移位又导致了PICC非计划拔管。由此提示护理人员不但应重视穿刺点的选择、置管长度的测量,也应加强PICC置管病人的健康教育,加强置管肢体康复的相关量化研究,完善健康教育方案,减少并发症的发生,并提高病人的生活质量。

It expounded the localization of cacumen of PICC catheter, the correlation between the position of cacumen and its latent complications, and the correlation between extremities activities and the position of cacumen. It concluded that extremities abnormal movement was one of main causes of the catheter displacement. And the catheter displacement may result in non--planed extubation of PICC. Therefore, it suggested that nursing staff should not only pay attention to the selection of puncturing point and measurement of the length of catheter detaining, but also strengthen health education for patients accepting PICC catheterization. Nursing staff should strengthen related quantitative study on rehabilitation of the extremity accepting catheterization and perfect the health education plan for them so as to reduce complications and to enhance the quality of life of patients.
