摘要
铬鞣法是目前制革工业中最成熟、产品质量最可靠、成本最低的鞣革方法,但是由于铬鞣带来的污染,限制了其使用。本文综述了几种高吸收清洁化铬鞣技术,能有效地促进铬的吸收,减少废液中铬的含量,符合清洁化生产的要求,促进了皮革工业的可持续发展。
It is well known that chrome tanning is the most mature tanning method in the leather industry, due to the reliable quality products and the lowest cost. Nevertheless, the application is restricted because of the pollution caused by chrome tanning. Some high absorbed and clean chrome tanning technology that can effectively promote the chrome exhaust, diminish the amount of chrome in the waste water, accord with the demand of clean production are introduced in this paper. These methods have been helpful to the sustainable development of leather industry.
