摘要
民族地区为转变经济增长方式取得了一些成效,但粗放型经济增长方式一直没有根本转变,近年来随着人口资源环境矛盾日益凸显,转变经济发展方式已刻不容缓。因此,要按照党的十七大提出加快转变经济发展方式的要求,加快推进"三个转变",完善影响经济发展方式转变的体制机制,加快转变政府职能,促进民族地区经济又好又快发展。
The economy has been developing considerably in minority areas in recent years. However, with the conflicts between,population, resources and environment, the transformation of economic development models is becoming unavoidable. This paper assumes that three transformations should occur in consistence with the 17th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.
