论教师研究范式的多样性、适当性和长效性 被引量:73

On some suitable and valid approaches to teacher research

摘要 教师研究,指研究教师的研究。本文强调的是一线普通教师对自己的教学进行研究。依据人类学的理念,笔者认为教师是人类特殊的群体,教师研究因教育的人本性和教学的实操性以及教师的差异性而决定了研究的多样性。这种研究的成果对人类历史的价值意义也导致了其长效性。笔者对我国一线普通教师做教师研究的状况表示关注,并试图鼓励和引导尽可能多的普通教师采用适当的研究方法做适合自己做的研究,以反思、改善自己的教育行为和效果。本文重点阐释教师开展教育叙事学等质化研究和教育专业性研究的目的、意义、方法和效益。 In this paper, teacher research refers to the practical research done by teachers on their own teaching. The author believes in terms of anthropology that teachers are special among human beings and their jobs are human-centered, classroom-based and practice-personalized. Accordingly, such qualitative research approaches as ethnography and the like are the most suitable for the majority of teachers. Since teaching experiences are diversified, teachers' narration, reflection, exploration and research will turn out to be lasting effectiveness in human history. The author is concerned with foreign language teacher research in China and tries to encourage more ordinary teachers to engage in classroom-based research. The paper explains the research objectives, significance, methodology and benefits.
