Introduction Trial of Acer cinnamomifolium and Acer olivaceum

樟叶槭与橄榄槭是我国自然分布的2种槭树。通过在南京的引种试验,探讨了2种槭树苗期生长特性及育苗方法。试验结果表明:采取沙藏催芽越冬,沙床弓棚育苗具有发芽早、出芽快、发芽率高的特点。樟叶槭平均发芽率为92.20%,发芽持续时间10～20d;橄榄槭发芽率82.55%,发芽持续时间为20～30d。樟叶槭苗期生长速度较快,年均高生长量为62.40cm,速生期生长量43.20cm,占全年总生长量的69.23%;橄榄槭苗期生长速度较慢,年均高生长量为26.40cm,速生期生长量为21.80cm,占全年总生长量的82.57%。橄榄槭苗期表现出较强的抗寒性,樟叶槭苗期抗寒性较差。

Growth characteristics and cultivation techniques of Acer cinnamomifolium and Acer olivaceum in seedling stage were studied by the introduction trial in Nanjing. The seeds of A. cinnamomifolium and A. olivaceum, cultivated on sand bed and covered with a bow shaped shed, germinated earlier and showed better germination by seed stratification with sand. Seed germination percentages of A. cinnamomifolium and A. olivaceum were 92.20% and 82.55%, and germinating times were 10-20 days and 20-30 days, respectively. Annual height growth ofA. cinnamomifolium and A. olivaceum seedlings was 62.40 cm and 26.40 cm, exhibiting a high growth increment （43.20 cm and 21.80 cm ） in rapid growth stage, accounting for 69.23% and 82.57% of the total growth increment in the whole year, respectively. A. cinnamomifolium seedlings appeared to have better cold-resistance compared with A. olivaceum seedlings.
