摘要
采用叶色量化方法,研究了紫花槭的秋季叶色变化规律。结果表明:在秋季叶色变化过程中,紫花槭叶色表现与叶片色素质量分数呈现规律性变化,并且两者之间存在显著的相关性。叶绿素a、b质量分数、叶绿素总的质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数之间存在极显著正相关;色调参数H与叶绿素a/b质量分数、花色素苷相对质量分数之间存在显著正相关;饱和度参数S与叶绿素a质量分数、叶绿素b质量分数、叶绿素总的质量分数存在显著负相关,与花色素苷相对质量分数存在显著正相关;明度参数B与花色素苷相对质量分数存在极显著正相关。
An experiment was conducted to study the leaf color change for Acer pseudo-sieboldianum(Pax.) Kom. in autumn by color quantification method. Result showed that both leaf color and leaf pigment content changed regularly in autumn. There were significant correlations between leaf color parameters and pigment content. There were extremely significant positive correlations between contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid. Significant positive correlations existed between color parameters (H) and chlorophyll a/b ratio, anthocyanin. Saturation parameter (S) had significant negative correlations with contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, and significant positive correla- tion with anthocyanin relative content. There were positive correlations between brilliance parameter (B) and anthocyanin relative content at the 0.01 level.
