摘要
以价值链理论为基础,在分析施工企业的价值链构成的基础上,将施工企业核心竞争力分解为价值链和延伸价值链各环节的能力及总体资源整合能力,并运用模糊综合评价方法建立了施工企业核心竞争力的模糊综合评价模型。
A study was conducted to discuss the enterprise value chain construction based on value chain theory. The core competency of construction enterprises was divided into two parts, one is the capability of value chain and its extension at each stage, and the other is the integration capability of aggregated resources. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of construction enterprise＇ s core competence was established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
