摘要
利用Solidworks强大的参数化特征建模功能和三维动态装配技术,对伐木机机械臂进行三维实体建模,生成参数化的零部件实体。结合COSMOSMotion运动力学仿真功能对机械臂的运动进行了动态模拟,并进行装配和干涉检查,可显著地缩短研发周期,降低设计成本。
A study was conducted to establish 3D entity model for manipulator of lumbering machine with the help of Solidworks software with powerful parametric modeling function and 3D assembly feature. Parameterized part entity was generated. Dynamic simulation, assembly and interference cheek were conducted to the movement of manipulator by COSMOSMotion software, which would greatly shorten the design cycle and reduce the design cost.
