摘要
欧姆龙系列PLC与计算机之间具有两种通讯模式:Host-Link和RS-232C(无协议)。主要通过硬件联接、系统配置及代码编制三个方面,对RS-232C(无协议)通讯模式进行了详细的介绍。以工业生产呼叫系统为实例,应用无协议通讯模式,实现了在计算机上对现场设备状态的实时监控,并能够准确地记录每次故障的发生及结束时间。
There are two communication modes between Omron serial PLC and PC：Host-Link and RS-232C （serial communication）. This paper focus on analysis about the hard link,system configuration and codes establishment of RS-232C communication. Taking the Call-System for the example,the system can monitor equipments and save all the records about equipment-failure.
