摘要
利用科学、合理的方法对供应链成员进行选择,是企业获得成功的一个关键问题。首先通过综合分析各影响因素,提出了一套合理的供应链成员选择指标体系,并建立了基于灰色关联度分析法的选择模型,最后通过示例说明了方法的应用,而且验证了该方法是可行的。
Vendor selection has been one of the critical issues for enterprise＇s success,and should be solved by scientific and reasonable method.Base on the studies of all kinds of factors,firstly this paper put forward a comprehensive set of vendor selection index,and then establishes a grey evaluation model.Finally an example is given to show this method＇s application. Example is included and proves the model is feasible and practicable.
