脂联素及其受体与大肠癌关系的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 大肠癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤之一．随着生活方式及饮食习惯的改变，我国居民大肠癌发病率呈上升趋势。成为仅次于肺癌、胃癌的第三位恶性肿瘤。近年来肥胖被认为是乳腺癌、大肠癌等肿瘤的危险因素之一。目前人们对脂肪组织的认识发生了巨大的变化：脂肪组织不仅是能量的“贮存仓库”．而且也是一个重要的内分泌器官。
