摘要
目的:预测人卵巢癌相关抗原OVA66的B细胞表位。方法:B细胞表位预测,以单参数(亲水性、可及性、柔韧性、极性)预测为基础,结合ABCpred预测结果,并经二级结构预测筛选等综合分析。结果:OVA66的B细胞表位可能位于209-216,266-275,294-301,362-368和391-396氨基酸残基的区域内或附近。结论:该结果对应用合成肽抗原进行肿瘤患者的早期诊断研究具有重要指导意义。
Objective To predict B-cell epitopes on human ovarian cancer-associated antigen OVA66. Methods The location of B-cell epitopes was predicted based on the physicochemical properties of amino acids including hydrophilicity, accessibility, polarity, and flexibility. This prediction was then combined with the result from ABCPred and screened via the secondary structure. Result The predicted B-cell epitopes of OVA66 were found to locate at or to be adjacent to the protein sequence of amino acids 209-216, 266-275, 294-301, 362-368, and 391-396. Conclusion The finding is helpful for the research on the use of synthetic peptide antigen for the early diagonosis of cancer.
