摘要
介绍了混料原理和热混、冷混过程,测试了不同热混温度下干混料的表观密度、白度、热稳定性、干流性,采用转矩流变仪测试了干混料的流变性能,采用实验室挤出机制取试样,测试了其色差、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、简支梁冲击强度、拉伸冲击强度、抗热老化性能等。结果表明:在试验配方下,最佳热混温度为110~115℃。
The blending principles were introduced as well as the process of hot blending and the process of cold blending. The apparent density, whiteness, thermal stability and dry fluidity of dry blending materials at different hot blending temperature were measured by torque rheometer. Sam- ples were obtained by a laboratory extruder and their color difference, tensile strength, extension strength at break, Charpy impact strength, tensile impact strength and heat aging resistance were meas- ured. The results showed the optimal hot blending temperature was 110~115℃ for the test formula.
