摘要
采用胶砂强度试验分析蒸养条件下自制硫酸盐激发剂FG对水泥-粉煤灰系统力学性能的影响规律,同时采用XRD、DSC—TG微观分析方法探讨FG对水泥-粉煤灰系统的增强机理。结果表明:FG能有效提高蒸养条件下水泥-粉煤灰系统的早期及后期强度,且FG掺量存在最佳值;掺入FG后的水化产物在物相组成上与未掺FG的系统没有根本的差别,FG的掺入加快了胶凝材料的水化速率,所生成的水化硅酸钙凝胶的结构与未掺加FG的浆体不同。
The influence of the self-made sulfate activator FG on the mechanical properties of cement-fly ash systems with steam curing is analysed by the compression test.Meanwhile, the mechanism of enhancing effect is approached with the microscopical method XRD and DSC-TG.The results show that FG can effectively improve the conditions of steam curing cement-fly ash system in the early and late strength, and the FG content best value.After the incorporation FG hydration products in phase is basically the same with the composition of the non-doped FG system,and FG only accelerate the incorporation of the hydration rate,however,calcium silicate hydrate formation of the gel structure changed.
