摘要
研究胶结材特性与多孔混凝土性能之间的关系,研究结果表明:同等条件下,胶结材浆体流动度主要取决于水胶比,在不同水胶比下流动度160~200mm是适合多孔混凝土成型的有效范围,其中流动度160~180mm之间适合振动成型,流动度180~200mm时适合压制成型,在合适的振动时间或压力作用下便可制得强度和透水系数均优的多孔混凝土。
Binding material paste characteristics and porous concrete properties are studied.The results indicate that binding material paste fluidity dependends on the water to binding material,based on the same mixing proportion.The applicable paste fluidity is 160 mm to 200 mm for porous concrete compaction,in which 160 mm to 180 mm is suitable for vibration compaction,and pressure compaction is appropriate with flow of 180 mm to 200 ram.Porous concrete with good compressive strength and large void ratio can be gained by proper vibration time or pressure.
