摘要
文件类产品价格管理是总体设计部管理的重要组成部分,应予以关注和规范化。文章对此问题进行了分析和讨论。首先,以宏观经济学中有关价格的概念为理论基础,介绍了价格的职能和作用,并分析了价格管理应用于文件类产品管理的意义。在此基础上,对总体设计单位文件类产品价格管理的权利和义务进行了讨论。最后,结合航天产品价格管理特点,对文件类产品价格管理模式进行了总结,并提出了如何进一步完善的建议。
The price management of files product is an important part of management in the Institute of Spacecraft System Engineering. Therefore, it shall be concerned and normalied. This paper discusses and analyses this issue in three major aspects. First, it introduces the essential function of price, based on some price concepts in the macro-economics, and then discusses the significance of price management in files product. Secondly, the authority and responsibitity of price management in the Institute of Spacecraft System Engineering are clearly defined. Finally, it evaluates and summarises the current management model of files product pricing issues in accordance with special characteristics of the price management which is product of spacecraft system engineering, and advances some constructive recommendations.
