刺山柑提取物对DPPH自由基的清除作用

Scavenging Effect of Different Extracts from Capparis spinosa L. Fruit on DPPH Free Radical

以石油醚、甲醇、乙酸乙酯和水作为提取溶剂,用冷浸法提取刺山柑果实中化学成分,采用DPPH自由基清除法测定提取物的体外抗氧化活性,研究刺山柑果实不同溶剂提取物清除DPPH自由基的作用。结果表明:不同样品对DPPH.的清除能力依次为甲醇提取物>水提物>乙酸乙酯提取物>石油醚提取物。vC、BHT、甲醇提取物和水提物清除DPPH.的AE值大小次序为111.11>17.86>1.38>1.31。4种提取物对DPPH.均有一定的清除效果。

The scavenging effect was investigated in this paper. and water, was used to extract different extracts from Capparis spinosa fruit on DPPH fferent solvents, including petroleum ether, acetic ester e compounds from fruit by cold maceration individually. free radical , methanol e antlox idant activity of different extracts in vitro was determined by DPPH free radical assay. The results showed that antiradical efficiency of different extract were： methanol extracts 〉water extracts 〉acetic ester extracts〉petroleum ether extracts, but their AE valuer lower than vC and BHT.
