摘要
以石油醚、甲醇、乙酸乙酯和水作为提取溶剂,用冷浸法提取刺山柑果实中化学成分,采用DPPH自由基清除法测定提取物的体外抗氧化活性,研究刺山柑果实不同溶剂提取物清除DPPH自由基的作用。结果表明:不同样品对DPPH.的清除能力依次为甲醇提取物>水提物>乙酸乙酯提取物>石油醚提取物。vC、BHT、甲醇提取物和水提物清除DPPH.的AE值大小次序为111.11>17.86>1.38>1.31。4种提取物对DPPH.均有一定的清除效果。
The scavenging effect was investigated in this paper. and water, was used to extract different extracts from Capparis spinosa fruit on DPPH fferent solvents, including petroleum ether, acetic ester e compounds from fruit by cold maceration individually. free radical , methanol e antlox idant activity of different extracts in vitro was determined by DPPH free radical assay. The results showed that antiradical efficiency of different extract were: methanol extracts 〉water extracts 〉acetic ester extracts〉petroleum ether extracts, but their AE valuer lower than vC and BHT.
