摘要
我国生产的紧压茶大多为发酵砖茶,紧压绿茶是近几年发明的新式紧压茶。目前市场上少有紧压绿茶,即使有也都为手工或简易机械加工,品质差、生产效率低、劳动强度大。为了克服上述不足,本文介绍了笔者设计研制的一种偏心滑柱式紧压茶叶机,并就紧压茶叶机的工作原理及偏心连杆的受力情况进行了初步分析。试验证明利用偏心连杆与凸轮摆杆的协调配合基本解决了紧压绿茶的压紧和退模。不仅提高了生产效率,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,还提高了紧压绿茶品质。
Fermentation brick tea is main form, invented in recent years. In fact, it is difficult to find compressed greed tea in the current market,because this kind of tea is produced with manual method or simple machine which give rise to those shortage of poor quality,low efficient and heavy labor. In order to overtime those shortage,a kind of eccentric-labile-column tea machine have been developed in the paper meawhile, operation principle and force analysis of the tea machine are also given. It proved in the trial that the harmonious movement between eccentric link and cam-swing link can availably realize compression and withdraw of modual pole, so the tea machine can promote process efficience,as well decrease labor strength. In addition,the quality of compressed green tea also can be imperoved.
