有限资源的创造性利用——基于冗余资源的商业模式创新:以麦乐送为例 被引量:31

摘要 独特的商业模式有助于形成企业竞争优势。面对非理性和不确定的商业环境,是否存在一种更低成本、更低风险的商业模式创新途径?本文以麦当劳最近开展的麦乐送集中式送餐服务为研究案例,发现针对冗余资源进行创造性利用是一种很好的选择。 Slack is an important kind of resource in firm competition, but the research question "what role of slack plays in firm" is still inconclusive. We found that slack is useful for business model innovation, which further improves the firm competitive advantage. The whole process can implement by the way named bricolage. Then we proved the proposition through the case study of McDonald's Delivery System.
