消痔灵四步注射法治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔——闭塞直肠上动脉分支和痔硬化消失法

Treatment of Hemorrhoid of Ⅲ、Ⅳ Stage by Four Steps Injection of Xiaozhiling

目的 :为研究非手术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔新方法。方法 :根据“酸可收敛 ,涩可固脱”治则和采用中药非手术治疗痔的宝贵经验。由五倍子、明矾有效成分为主制成消痔灵硬化液 ,治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔 ,采用注射 :(1 )直肠上动脉分支 ;(2 )粘膜下层 ;(3 )粘膜固有层 ;(4)窦状静脉下极 ,通过闭塞直肠上动脉分支使痔硬化萎缩、消失。结果 :1 987～ 1 996年治疗 2 1 3 61例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔 ,治愈 2 1 1 48例 (99 0 0 % ) ,好转 2 0 3例 (0 95 % ) ,改用手术法治疗 1 0例 (0 0 5 % )。 3年后随访 62 0例 ,复发 6例 (0 97% )。结论 :本法为治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期较理想的非手术治疗方法。

Objective: To find a new method of non operation treatment of hemorrhoid in Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage. Methods: Based on the principle “sore herbs can astringent and the puckery can control prolapse' and precious experience in treating hemorrhoid, four step injections of Xiaozhiling (XZL, preparation made from gallnut and alum chiefly) were injected into the branches of rectal superior artery, the submucosa, the mucous lamina propria and the sinusoid veins, to cause sclerosis and atrophy of hemorrhoid by obliterating branches of rectal superior artery. Results: 21361 cases were treated from 1987 to 1996. Among them 21148(99 00%) were cured, 203(0.95%) improved and 10 (0.05%) ineffective and for whom surgical operation was used. Of the 620 cases who were followed up for 3 years, only 6 cases (0.97%) relapsed. Conclusion: This method is a relative ideal non operative approach in the treatment of hemorrhoid of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ.
