摘要
目的 :观察大鼠“足三里”穴区一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经纤维的来源。方法 :采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行追踪与还原型尼克酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶 (NADPH d)相结合方法。结果 :L4~S1 脊神经节内有NOS阳性神经元的周围突分布于“足三里”穴区 ,L4~S1 脊髓第Ⅸ板层有NOS阳性神经元投射到“足三里”穴区。结论 :“足三里”穴区的NOS阳性神经纤维联系可能是“足三里”穴针刺效应的重要形态学依据之一。
Objective: To find the origin of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive nerve fiber at the area around Zusanli point(St.36). Methods: The combined method of retrograde transport of horse radish peroxidase and nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase were adopted. Results: Some peripheral processes of NOS positive neurons were distributed in the Zusanli point from the ganglia of L 4 to S 1, and some were projected from the lamina Ⅸ of L 4 to S 1 in spinal cord. Conclusion: The distributions of NOS positive nerve fibers in the Zusanli area might be one of the morphological foundations of acupuncture effect of Zusanli point.
