摘要 以高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)和粉末丁腈橡胶(NBR)为原料,采用动态硫化法制备了HPVC/NBR热塑性弹性体(TPE)。结果表明,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)较邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)增塑的TPE的高温压缩永久变形好;随着NBR用量的增加,邵氏硬度、拉伸强度以及压缩永久变形均随之降低,断裂伸长率先增加后降低;加入过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)及助交联剂三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯(TAIC)改善了TPE的性能,PVC/NBR质量比70.0/30.0,DCP 0.2份、TAIC 3.0份时,TPE的性能最佳。 HPVC and NBR were used as material. HPVC/NBR TPE are prepared by the dynamic vulcanizing. The results indicate that at high temperature, the compression permanent deformation of TPE plasticized by ATBC is better than by DOP. With increasing the content of NBR, the hardness (shore A), tensile strength, and compression permanent deformation reduce, and elongation rate at break increases firstly and then decreases; TPE properties are improved by adding DCP and assist crosslinking agent TAIC. The capability of TPE is best when the mass ratio of PVC to NBR is 70.0/30.0, DCP is 0.2 phr, and TAIC is 3.0 phr.
