摘要
以钛酸正丁酯和硝酸银为主要原料,利用"溶胶-凝胶"法合成了TiO2-Ag+无机抗菌剂。研究表明,TiO2-Ag+抗菌剂具有优异的杀菌功能,且可改善聚丙烯(PP)的球晶结构。当TiO2-Ag+添加量为2份时,PP/TiO2-Ag+抗菌复合材料对大肠杆菌、八叠球菌24 h的抗菌率分别可达89.10%和93.62%,同时拥有良好的力学性能。
Tetrabutylorthotitanate and silver nitrate as main materials, inorganic antimicrobial agent TiO2-Ag^+ was prepared by sol-gel method. The results show that antimicrobia agent TiO2-Ag^+ has an excellent antibacterial of PP. When antimicrobial agent TiO2-Ag^+ is antimicrobial composites to escherichia coli property and can improve the spherical crystal 2 phr, the antibacterial ratio of PP/TiO2-Ag^+ and methonasarcina can attain 85. 50% and 93.62% in 24h, respectively. And PP/TiO2-Ag^+ antibacterial composites have good mechanical properties.
